Chief Instructor Sensei Donna Whittingham has a wide and varied background in the Martial Arts having represented England on many occasions being twice silver medal winner in the WKA World Karate Championships plus she has won numerous British and English titles.

Sensei Donna has more than 25 years experience in Traditional Karate, Freestyle Karate and Kickboxing and is nationally respected as both a competitor and teacher.

She now devotes her time and experience to teaching families the benefits of Martial Arts and showing them how Martial Arts can improve their lives.

Mr. Coop is Assistant Instructor to Sensei Whittingham.  

He is responsible for welcoming all new members to our Academy and ensuring you have a pleasant and informative visit.  Mr Coop will take you through your Free Introductory Lesson and help you decide which Martial Arts program is best suited to you.
